Handgun Permits

Applicants must bring their completed application and payment to the Sheriff's Office at the Greer County Courthouse 2nd floor, between the hours of 08:00 AM through 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Processing fees for concealed carry applications to the Sheriff's Office is $25 (cashier check or money order) OSBI is $100 for 5 years, and $200 for 10 years (cashier check or money order) applicant must provide passport photo, with the last name and last four digits of social security number on back of photo.

All payments paid to the Greer County Sheriff's Office, by cashier's check or money order. Individuals must be residents of Greer County.
